MAS EL CARRER - General information

Mas El Carrer It is a 16th century farmhouse located in Santa Pau, in the Arcs valley, at the foot of the Finestres mountain range, in the Garrotxa Volcanic Zone Natural Park.

The farmhouse, restored and equipped, ideal for rural tourism, has been distributed in independent apartments within the large house, with 2 and 3 bedrooms. It also has an independent house, "La Cabaña", an old barn renovated with all the comforts.

Come and enjoy the tranquility that you will find in our places.

EXTERIORS - THE FARM AND SURROUNDINGS

Large expanse of grass, trees, fields, beautiful pool, swings and games for children, barbecues (includes firewood), porch, etc. The exteriors are shared with the rest of the apartments

Come and enjoy the tranquility that you will find in our places, accompanied by your pets. An environment for rural tourism full of possibilities: excursions on foot, on horseback, by bicycle or simply enjoy the facilities on the farm itself

Committed to our environment, the Mas El Carrer estate is attached to different projects for the maintenance of forests and recovery of pastures. As a result of these tasks, we extract the firewood that you can use in barbecues and fireplaces.

We have an apartment adapted to the needs of people with reduced mobility.

THE APARTMENTS

In the main house, there are 4 accommodations with two double bedrooms, complete bathroom, equipped kitchen and living room with TV, fireplace and heating. All exterior and with views

There is also an adapted apartment with 3 double bedrooms, bathroom, equipped kitchen, etc. etc.

The other building is the Cabana, an old barn of the farmhouse. It has two floors and has 3 double bedrooms, two bathrooms, equipped kitchen, TV, heating, etc.

All apartments have good views, windows with mosquito nets, central heating, fireplace (includes firewood) and all the basic kitchen equipment

There is Wi-Fi, although the area makes good coverage difficult. We are working to achieve a better internet quality.

Washing machine for stays of 4 nights, free cots and high chairs. Children under 2 years old do not pay. They have free firewood for the fireplaces

Dogs are accepted paying a daily supplement of € 6
