How should we count the total number of occupants? Extra beds and cots

Children under 2 years old do not pay, as we count them sleeping with their parents or in a cot and do not count them as an occupied place. The cot must be on request and is free of charge. We only have one cot and 1 highchair at Mas Violella, Can janot and Apart. Saint Francis

From the age of 2 is when we count that they already need a normal bed to sleep, and we count them to take into account the maximum capacity of the house as one more square. If an extra is placed, there is a cost per day (consult)

If you bring a dog, it is mandatory to say so at the time of booking.

Can we be more people than what goes out in the reservation?

It is not allowed to have a higher number of people than established in the confirmation of the reservation. If there are more people, you must notify them at the time of making the reservation or before arriving and pay the corresponding supplement, as long as the maximum capacity of the accommodation is not exceeded

If in the end you are more people than initially planned and the maximum capacity of the house allows it, we can update your reservation and send you the reservation confirmation again with the updated number without any problem.

If it is detected that during the stay there is a greater number of people or animals than authorized, the reservation will be automatically cancelled, and the house may be evicted.

Can we receive visitors to the house during the stay?

In principle, you cannot receive visitors, even if you do not spend the night in the house, but depending on the dates, the number of people visiting, and the capacity of the accommodation, you can consult and we will talk about it.

 

Way out. Is final cleaning of the house included?

On leaving, you must leave the house in the same orderly condition in which you found it and throw away all the garbage generated in the bins near the house. We then do a thorough cleaning to leave it ready for the next customer.
No need to make the beds.

If your stay is longer than 2 weeks, we include an extra cleaning (change of sheets, towels and cleaning of the bathrooms). Under request

If there is excessive mess and/or dirt, a cleaning fee will be charged.

Can we bring our animals?

Dogs are allowed in all cottages and cottages, except apartments, but in principle, no other type of animal is allowed.

Dogs cannot be of dangerous breeds, they must be well-behaved, they cannot climb on beds or sofas and their excrement must be collected from the garden and urine soaked, if possible.

They must be sociable dogs because in the house they will surely have to share spaces with unknown people and other dogs.

They can be left untied if there is no one else in the area and they do not disturb. Dogs must always be controlled and in the event of an accident or the escape of the animal, we are not responsible for any damages that may arise.

The gardens are not completely enclosed in their perimeter.

They cannot enter the pool area

Only very well-behaved dogs that do not scream or cause destruction or dirt can be left alone in the accommodation.

There is a supplement of €25 per dog (maximum one per household) and stay for additional cleaning. If they are mini toy dogs, and 2 or 3 dogs are allowed, depending on accommodation and season. Breeds that do not shed, such as: Maltese, Poodle or Yorkshire, do not pay a supplement.

When will we receive and is the reservation confirmed?

Once the reservation has been accepted, we will email you the reservation specifying the days, people, supplements, etc. Along with the house rules/contract.

You need to check that everything is correct and then there is a margin of days to make a deposit as reservation payment, of approximately 40% of the total stay, to an account number that we will indicate. The rest is paid on arrival

To facilitate checking, you can already fill in the traveler's register with all the data requested from all occupants.

How is the bond made?

To the contract or passenger register that must be filled out upon arrival or already filled out from home, you must add the number and expiration date of a valid credit card of the person responsible for the group and authorize with their signature, that a possible charge can be made, in case of damage to property or neighbors, excessive dirt or penalties due to exaggerated noise, etc. (prior presentation of the damage invoice).

What happens if I leave the house before the departure day?

When the client leaves the house before the date until which he had reserved it, he will have to pay the total amount for the remaining days of his stay.

What if we have to cancel a reservation?

If you want to cancel the reservation before 48 hours have passed since it was made, 100% of the payment and deposit will be returned. Except if the reservation is made less than a week before the date of entry.

Cancellation of the reservation will result in the following amounts being withheld:

  • 100% of the payment and deposit, when the cancellation is made less than 30 days in advance. In the event that the house is reoccupied for the same price for which you made the reservation, only 50% of the payment and deposit will be retained.
  • Not showing up at the house or not canceling at least 48 hours in advance means having to pay 100% of the total amount of the reservation.

In case of circumstances beyond the control of the client or due to demonstrable force majeure, 70% of the payment and signal can be kept and used later (maximum 6 months).

Can I change my reservation?

If there is enough time and availability, changes can be made
